After the notice by editorial board of acceptance of the manuscript and the coordination of terms of its publication with the executive of the journal, authors give a copy of the payment receipt or the reference confirming the education of the author(s) in postgraduate study at the moment of submitting of article.

Subscribers of the journal have the right of priority to publication of articles

Articles are published free of processing and submission charges.

The journal «News of the KSUAE» issues 4 times a year (March, June, September, December) with circulation of 500 copies. The journal is the subscription edition and is included in the all-Russian catalogue of Agency "ROSPECHAT", edition index – 36939.
