The minimum system requirements for work with a site:
- The processor with clock frequency not less than 266 MHz;
- Not less than 32 mbyte of operative memory;
- The video card supporting the resolution of the screen of 1024*768 or more pixels;
- The monitor supporting the resolution of 1026*768 or more pixels;
- Operational system MS Windows 98 or similar;
- Browser MS Internet Explorer of the version not more low 5.5 or similar;
- The program for reading of documents in a format *.pdf.
