Problem statement. The article deals with the matters relating to the design and construction of the Kazan Circus. It also deals with the matters relating to the architectural image, constructive solution, and the origins of the architectonic formation. It proves the uniqueness of this structure, and its value as architectural heritage-listed building of the Soviet modernism period for the Russian historical and cultural heritage. Results. The study revealed that the architecture of the Kazan Circus was influenced by various historical, architectural and socio-economic aspects: the active formation of a new modernist aesthetics of the post-war period of Soviet architecture, the rapid development of technical progress in the second half of the 20th century in the field of construction technologies, structures, engineering. This research reveals the peculiarities of the creative method of architects, the design techniques characteristic of the Soviet modernism period, based on the interaction of soviet and modern foreign experience in construction and architecture in combination with modern technological and engineering achievements of the USSR after the Second World War. Conclusions. The obtained research data give an idea of the peculiarities of the creative process at the regional level, with the system of centralized and unified design existing in the USSR, under the conditions of the planned economy, and also allow to study and analyze in detail the architectural heritage of the Soviet modernism period, using the example of the Kazan Circus, to assess its contribution to the development of the soviet and world architecture.

Problem statement. The article aims to show the enormous impact of the October Socialist Revolution on the development of the creative process in the architecture of the capital of Tatarstan – Kazan. Revealed how difficult the search for ways of new form-building in architecture and the search for its new architectural-artistic image, reflecting the revolutionary changes taking place in the state occurred. Results. Architects and artists of Kazan aspired to not only reflect the revolutionary reality in their work, but also to establish new socialist revolutionary ideals. The harsh reality dictated simplicity, conciseness, functional and constructive conditioning of architectural forms. This was expressed in the stylistic direction prevailing then in Kazan – architectural constructivism. Conclusions. The outward appearance of Kazans public buildings of this period was characterized by schematism and asceticism of the image, which had a negative effect on the appearance of the city. In the 1920s a new understanding of the synthesis of arts was born. It is an organic interconnection of all kinds of arts on the basis of the agitational nature of forms and the complete fusion of art with life. In connection with the contradiction between the concrete content of monumental works and the non-pictorial character of the constructivist forms that have arisen, in Kazan there is a refusal of monumental art. The main elements in the synthesis with architecture are the means of agitation art.

Problem statement. The purpose of the work is a comprehensive study of buildings and structures in the Temple of All Religions, the study of its architectural features and the historical and cultural significance of the complex. On the instructions of the RT leadership, authors of the study carried out an assessment of the technical condition of the bearing skeleton of the erected part of the complex and made an analytical review of all the dome-conical forms of the cover, originally placed by I. Khanov above the roof of the complex. Results. The results of the study of the object of cultural heritage «The Temple of All Religions» are given. Review and analysis of the visual series of analogues with which I. Khanov formed the image of dome-conical systems, tolerantly placed on the cover of the temple. Conclusions. I. Khanov creatively processed the most characteristic features of the religious architecture of various religious denominations, turning them into distinctive recognizable symbols and not striving for typological plausibility. After all, he did not create a temple, but embodied in architectural forms the idea of spiritual unification of people of different faiths. This «bouquet» of domes, heads, towers, tents and is designed for perception from the outside, and therefore attracts the eyes of many tourists. The forms of towers, domes and their architectural and decorative design are what the author of the complex saw them. This is the peculiarity and value of this complex.

Problem statement. The article is devoted to the analysis of creative industries as the method of revitalizing industrial territories and creating an innovative environment. The object of research is Alafuzov’s flax-spinning factory, on the basis of which the first city loft develops. The purpose of the article is to consider this phenomenon in the context of modern Kazan architecture development. The authors set themselves the following tasks: - Define the concept of «creative industries» and identify their role in the formation of a modern city. - Consider the history of the Alafuzov’s factory in order to understand the significance of the facility for the city. - Propose approaches to the effective revitalization of the Alafuzov’s factory. Results. The research revealed that today «creative industries» have proved to be an effective tool in revitalizing industrial areas around the world and in some Russian cities. During the development of «creative industries» in industrial enterprises, which stopped their production due to a number of reasons, there is an improvement in the economic situation and raising the standard of living in the area in which the facility is located. The study examined domestic examples of effective revitalization of former industrial facilities. Also, the development of the industrial architecture monument of the Alafuzov’s factory was analyzed. Recommendations are offered on the further development of the creative cluster in the territory of this factory. Conclusions. The findings of the research give a full picture of the use of creative industries as one of the effective methods for revitalizing industrial territories that are promising for the development of the city. Creative industries as a tool can be applied to work on various objects of the industrial era with adaptation for a specific territory. The development of such facilities in the city can give a positive result for the development of the citys economy, enhance the tourist appeal and the development of urban culture in general.

Problem statement. For example the comparative characteristics of the spaces of offices of different stages to identify trends in the organization of this space. Results. Comparison of facts and objects allow us to identify common methods and signs of the formation of the interior space of offices. The evolutionary character of space formation is shown with connection with historical events, scientific and technical progress and changes in taste and stylistic preferences in interior design. Conclusions. The significance of the results is to determine the characteristics of the process of the formation of the planning structure of the office. Of particular importance is a brief overview of the innovative planning solutions to the offices of each stage, later won international fame and became the prototypes of office space around the world. It is revealed that spatial characteristics are determined by the needs of the employee and leadership commitment. As a result, the offices of system of separate offices evolved in open spaces, then formed cubicle, and subsequently the real «game» room. There was such a thing as a flexible office.

Problem statement. The goal is to work out an approach in the issues of forming an inhabited environment, namely, neighborhoods; To analyze sociological theories devoted to: good-neighborliness, urban partisipation, environmental (urban) self-identification, the theory of broken windows, urban loneliness, videoecology; Identify the relationship of architecture with the development of society as a whole and the psychology of the individual in particular. Results. The main results of the research consist in the theoretical substantiation of the connection between the architectural space of the living environment and social, physical, biological and chemical processes; The development of an approach to the design of residential environments and the authors program for the reconstruction of courtyards and neighboring neighborhoods. Conclusions. The significance of the results obtained for the architecture consists in the architectural design of the neighborhood living spaces should include social research followed by the development of the scenario/program of personal and social behavioral models.

Problem statement. Requirements to improve the efficiency and energy saving closely related to the rational design solutions that are acceptable in the design of buildings of various construction systems. In this paper the energy-efficient design of the walls, windows and stained glass are considered. The paper analyzes the facade systems and common ways of their improving today. Results. We offer innovative solutions, which are based on a fundamentally new approach to the use of photovoltaic cells in filling window openings and stained-glass windows, allowing them to adapt to the weather conditions. The ways of improvement of facade systems, considered the possibility of adapting nanotechnology used successfully in other industries, has proven its economic efficiency, to the specifics of the construction industry. Conclusions. The proposed new design solutions help to increase the energy efficiency of enclosing structures.

Korotkova S.G.  Methodology for developing an accessible environment for disabled people in outline projectСтр.77

Problem statement. The aim of the work was a sketch design technique in which all the necessary conditions and parameters for disabled people should be laid. At the stage of preliminary design of the project for a public building or an apartment building there is a need to adapt it to the needs of handicapped people. Results. The main results of the study of the environment accessibility concern all levels of the project, from the urban planning situation, to the interiors. The obtained algorithm of accessibility for handicapped people takes into account the spatial context in which a person lives, works and moves. Conclusions. The significance of the results obtained for the architectural science consists in the method of justifying the decision and in preventing subsequent errors or inconsistencies in the spatial environment. This methodology allows to forecast the minimal introduction of special constructive changes in the formation of freedom from barriers at the outline project.

Problem statement. The goal of the research is to reveal the tendencies of the manifestation of gender metaphors in the architectural environment of the modern city. Results. The main results of the research consist in the identification of modern trends in the manifestation of gender metaphors in the architectural environment of the city: the expansion of the semantic field of feminine gender-activity, multitasking, autonomy are interpreted as feminine characteristics; Artistic images of large architectural ensembles often refer to androgynous metaphors; There is interaction of gender metaphors of different time periods. A significant result of the study was the introduction of classifications of gender metaphors in content (feminine, masculine, androgynous) and expressive means (plastic metaphors, object-symbol metaphors, psychological and social metaphors). Conclusions. The significance of the obtained results for the architecture is that the revealed tendencies can serve as a guide in determining the relevance of the gender metaphors used in the architectural project and the correspondence of their content to the requirements of the modern socio-cultural situation. The proposed classifications of gender metaphors contribute to the formation of a gender approach in architecture, simplify the use of gender metaphors as a special expressive tool in the design of an architectural environment.

Problem statement. Now there are no systematized principles of architectural and planning design of universal diagnostic blocks. At the same time, the cardiological centers and their architectural and planning principles in rural areas, the large and largest cities will strongly differ. Our task consists in development of such model of the cardiological diagnostic block which will allow to integrate it as into the existing space-planning conditions of the building, so far as concerns renovation of buildings of hospitals and policlinics, and in again projected medical and malls. Results. As a result of the study, we classified the cardiac diagnostic blocks depending on the area in which they will be introduced. For each type of blocks, we offer our own functional structure, which will form the basis of the space-planning solution of the designed unit. Conclusions. The significance of the results obtained for the architecture is that we have developed a universal technique of design of cardiological diagnostic blocks for various area. At further development of the architectural and planning principles of the organization of a cell we will be able to offer a full algorithm of creation of the universal modular cardiological diagnostic block.

Narbekov M.F.  Development of Baku agglomeration’s transportation systemСтр.104

Problem statement. Research objectives: 1) provision of Baku agglomeration’s characteristics in accordance with the approach developed by the Institute of Geography under the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Central Research Institution of Urban Planning; 2) determination of the feasibility of establishing a new International Airport terminal from the viewpoint of transport accessibility; 3) identification of the development trends of Baku agglomeration’s transport infrastructure over a 30-year period. Results. The first section of the article contains a determination of Baku metropolitan area’s parameters, the key features of Greater Baku’s territorial development – the agglomeration index and coefficient, and the growth rate. The second section of the article features an analysis of the transportation accessibility of satellite cities and the agglomeration core, the major infrastructure facilities of internal and interurban transportation, an optional concept of a new International Airport’s location on an axis of the transportation corridor interconnecting the sub-cities of the metropolitan area. A statistical data analysis and a calculation of basic system parameters are provided in the final section of the article. Conclusions. The rationality of a new air transportation facility’s location is substantiated in the article using the spatial separation method. The transportation system’s development trends within the planning pattern of the Azerbaijan Republic’s capital region have been identified on the basis of an analysis of Absheron peninsula’s transport infrastructure conducted since 1986. The resulting data can be used for the purpose of forecasting the long-term development of Baku agglomeration’s transportation system using the extrapolation method.

Resume:

Problem statement. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for estimating the service life of structural elements made of fiberglass. Results. A brief review of the work devoted to the study of various factors affecting the reduction in strength of structures made of fiberglass, such as temperature, humidity, UV-radiation, abrasive wear, is given. The results of the experiment on the long-term strength of cantilevered specimens reinforced across the beam axis are presented. Based on the experimental data, the constants of the fiberglass material are determined. The technique and an example of an estimation of service life of a fiberglass beam with a constant load, but variable temperature, as well as an example of calculating the service life taking into account the simultaneous action of a moist environment and a variable temperature is presented. Conclusions. A technique has been developed that allows to determine the service life of structures made of fiberglass based on experimental data. For this, a modified Zhurkov’s theory is used, taking into account that when the static limit of strength is reached, it is possible to obtain the instantaneous destruction condition. To account for the variable temperature, the law of linear summation of damage is used.

Problem statement. The purpose of this work is the development of a variational method for calculating a rod structure taking into account plastic deformations. It is assumed that when the rods are deformed, the relationship between the normal stresses and the longitudinal deformation of a rod is described by the diagram of a linearly strengthening body. Results. A variational method has been developed for calculating the rod structures from a reinforcing and ideally elastic-plastic material. The presented calculation technique is based on the separation of longitudinal deformation of a rod into two parts: elastic and plastic. The advantages of this approach consist in the fact that it is possible to carry out calculations for rod structures from a reinforced and ideal elastic-plastic material according to a single scheme. In particular, these advantages are manifested when determining the ultimate load for a system of perfectly elasto-plastic material. Conclusions. Using the described technique, various problems of bending and stretching-compression of rods for elasto-plastic deformations were solved. In this article presents the results of calculations of a statically indeterminate rod system. The obtained calculated data are in good agreement with known analytical solutions.

Problem statement. Contact joints which include of reinforced concrete columns are common in the construction. The theoretical, numerical and experimental studies, as well as the case studies of Russian and foreign authors Indicate the need to verify the heads of reinforced concrete columns by the formation and opening of cracks in the contact junctions. This is consistent with the regulatory requirements, according to which all building structures must be calculated by two groups of limit states. However, in spite of the fact that the joints are the most responsible part of the design, for them there is currently no such approach. Therefore, the aim of the work is to create a methodology for assessing the fracture toughness of reinforced concrete columns in contact junctions. Results. The paper presents the basics of theoretical studies on the fracture toughness of the zone of crushing of reinforced concrete columns in contact junctions reinforced with indirect reinforcement meshes. The above provisions have been verified by computer simulation methods and experimentally, as well as by the results of research by other scientists. Conclusions. The presented data can be used to create a methodology that allows for calculations on education and on the disclosure of cracks in reinforced concrete columns in contact junctions.

Problem statement. The aim of the work is to determine the main factors affecting the operation of mobile spaces of rod structures. Results. The influence of schemes of fastening elements in nodal connections and ground base on the work of spatial mobile rod structures is studied. Conclusions. According to the results of the study, it is determined that the compliance of the junction and the rigidity of the base are one of the important factors affecting the operation of the spatial core structures, therefore, when designing the calculation schemes, the actual characteristics of the junction joint and the base should be specified.

Problem statement. The main purpose of carrying out experimental studies of clay soil of a disturbed structure in a triaxial compression device of a cubic shape with face dimensions of 100 mm x 100 mm is to study the features of the deformation of samples under regime block long-term static loading. Existing data on experimental research in this direction are of a disparate nature. Results. The main results of the studies performed are new data on the development of relative vertical and lateral deformations at the stages of block regime loading depending on the magnitude of the deviator stresses in the samples. An analysis of the results of the investigations is carried out and certain regularities in the behavior of clay soils under regime triaxial long-static loading are established. Conclusions. Determination of the loading regime influence on the development of linear, volumetric and shear strains and on the change strength parameters of a clay soil sample under true triaxial compression is an important task for the construction industry, since it will make it possible to model the ground behavior reliably at the base of the foundation.

Problem statement. The purpose of the study is to reveal the effect of the stress-strain state of the three-layer soil base of the slab foundation with a rigid underlying layer, which is inhomogeneous in the depth of the ground. Results. The main results of the study are to obtain relative deformations in the soil massif and the sediment values of each layer. The results of experimental studies are obtained in the form of a deformation pattern of a layered base, graphs of the distribution of compressive stresses in the soil in depth and in a horizontal plane. Conclusions. The significance of the results obtained for the construction area is to establish the mutual influence of various soils on the stress-strain state of the laminate basement of the slab foundation. The presence of a dense top layer in a laminate base significantly increases its distribution ability. The stress distribution is proportional to the load-carrying capacity of the individual base layers. On the boundary between the layers, a jump in the compressive stresses may occur, which indicates the presence of shear deformations in the contact layer.

Problem statement. The purpose of the study is to identify and present, in an accessible form for practical applications, the basic dependencies for the calculation of air screens over industrial baths obtained by the CFD method. The parameters of the interaction of a flat jet flow and a localizing slot outlet in air screens depend mainly on the geometric conditions: the distance between the supply and discharge device l, the distance from the axis of the air screen to the liquid mirror h, width of the slot outlet B. Results. The main results of the research consist in the dependences presented in the dimensionless form, which are required for the calculation of air screens over industrial baths. Such dependencies are given in the form of analytical formulas and in the form of graphs. Because of the complexity of the calculated flows, the analytical description is rather cumbersome and more suitable for a computer calculation program. Graphic materials are available for manual calculations. Conclusions. The significance of the results obtained for the ventilation of industrial buildings is to more fully and correctly take into account the geometric factors in the calculation of air screens over industrial baths. The examples illustrate how to apply the obtained dependencies.

Problem statememt. The purpose of the work is to develop technical methods for changing the consumption coefficient of suction holes of various configurations. Results. The high efficiency of the suction devices depends on the accuracy of their calculation, which ensures a given volume of air being removed. The air flow rate is regulated by the air intake area by changing the consumption coefficient of the suction holes. Accurate values of the consumption coefficients of suction holes of various configurations are obtained. Conclusions. Significance for the construction industry lies in the fact that the obtained values of coefficients of flow of suction holes of different shapes allow you to calculate the air receiver device of any geometry and purpose.

Zamaleev Z.Kh.  Thermal calculation of solar heat supply of a buildingСтр.175

Problem statement. The thermal design were carried out based on the analysis of available solar energy and climatic data of the Republic of Tatarstan. Evaluation of the possibility of using heliothermal heat supply in climatic condition of the district were conducted. Results. Traditional heating and hot water supply system were designed for a particular building. The thermal design of solar thermal heating systems, solar thermal hot water supply and combined system (traditional heating and solar thermal hot water supply) were performed according to the estimation of the available amount of solar energy and climatic data of the Republic of Tatarstan. Conclusion. Comparison of thermal characteristics of constructive elements showed that the combined heat supply system of this building during 26 weeks fully meets heat supply requirements. The solar energy of given climatic region in winter cannot provide the necessary amount of heat power, and as a result cannot create a comfortable indoor climate in the building.

Problem statement. The operation of trunk pipeline transport involves substantial risk because depressurization (destruction) of any of the elements of the pipeline leads to the introduction into the environment of transportable products from the destroyed equipment, or interconnected, if it is not disabled at the time of the accident by the shut-off and shut-off valves. Therefore, for the analysis of hazards and assessment of risk of accident during operation of pipelines used a risk-based approach to optimize the necessary organizational and technical measures to prevent accidents and avoid threats more major accidents. Results. The analysis of accidents on trunk pipeline transport of Russia in accordance with the Federal law of the Russian Federation from 22.07.2208 № 123-FZ (ed. from 03.07.2016) «Technical regulations on fire safety requirements». For existing drainage from the high-pressure gas pipeline to the address: RT, Rybno-slobodskiy district, 878 km of the highway M-7 «Volga» determined the likelihood of an accident. For part of the route where the probability of occurrence of an accident is greatest, the calculated graph for the total dynamics of the gas flow (the gas line rupture – guillotine, on the total cross section), which can be used to determine the time of complete emptying. Conclusions. The significance of the results for the construction industry is to reduce the risk of accidents in the sphere of pipeline transport, which in turn reduces the amount of funds reserved by the company for their liquidation.

Problem statement At design of systems of ventilation of painting offices of industrial buildings special attention is paid to safety issues as all paint and varnish coverings – corrosion and active and easily combustible substances. In addition, solvent vapors are explosive. So for local cooling of painting cameras rationally to use safe ejector systems. They have well proved not only in high-rise residential and office buildings, today they find broad application and at ventilation of production rooms. The ejector is simple on a design, can work in the wide range of change of parameters of a condition of air streams. Results. Calculation is carried out and the ejector of low pressure for the standard painting camera is designed. The model of ejector system of cooling with use of the universal simulating packet of ChemCad which contains very developed database for the decision of different application-oriented tasks is synthesized. Conclusions. The obtained results can be recommended in the design of the ventilation system of paint booths both new and reconstructed. Using the software allows to carry out multiple calculations, which are indispensable for the solution of optimization problems.

Problem statement. Results. The main results of the research are the creation of an alternative system for the integrated dispatching of energy-saturated housing and communal services, which allows reducing financial costs, thanks to monitoring and control during the operation of buildings. Conclusions. The significance of the results obtained for the construction industry is to increase the efficiency of the monitoring system and performance. Problem statement. The aim of this work is to obtain experimental values of the coefficient of mass transfer to clarify the criterion of equations describing the heat and mass transfer by evaporation of aqueous solutions of salts, as well as determining the quantity of evaporated liquid and released during this heat. Results. The comparison of experimental values of the coefficient of mass transfer shows that the criterion according to precisely describe the nature of the process. The calculated mass number of evaporated solution, depending on concentration and heat fluxes from the surface evaporation. Conclusions. Analysis of the obtained results has allowed to establish that, when using criterial dependencies, it is necessary to consider the temperature and speed ranges in which the coefficient of mass transfer obtained by empirical formula that is closest to the experimental data. Identified the criterial equations that can be recommended for the calculation of heat and mass transfer characteristics during the evaporation of aqueous solutions. The results can be used in the calculations and design as well as general exchange so local ventilation.

Problem statement. The work has a course to decide the question about influence of different electric factors on the process of water emulsion dividing by electroneutralization method. Such factors were electrode density of current, frequency and the form of electric impulses. Results. The base parameter which influence on the process is electrode density of current, It is established optimal range of current density. It is about 0,1-0,3 А.dm-2. The efficiency is decreasing for lower current density. Higher current density gives negligible increasing of process efficiency. Current frequency plays a considerable role in the electroneutralization process too. The efficiency of process is decreasing for frequencies lower 40 Hz. The increasing of frequency more 540 Hz does not influence on process practically. The form of electric impulses does not influence significantly, if that impulses are bipolar and periodical. Unipolar and asymmetrical impulses dramatically reduce the efficiency of the process. Conclusions. For the practical use of the electroneutralization method, the optimal range of current densities is 0,1-0,3 A.dm-2,, current frequency 50-60 Hz, using bipolar periodic impulses. The optimization of method allow the increasing his efficiency for using in the processes of waste water cleaning on building plants and another buildings.

Problem statement. The aim of the research is the development of complex additives based on the thermoactivated synthetic mixtures of clay and limestone with calcite content of 87 %, optimization of the composition and thermal activation parameters, and the study of the influence of the received complex additives on the properties of blended cement stone. Results. The main results are that the developed compositions of complex additives based on the thermoactivated mixtures of clay and limestone. The physico-mechanical, physical properties of the obtained mixtures and their influence on properties of blended cement are investigated. Conclusions. The significance of the results for the construction industry lies in the fact that the results of the experiments allowed to establish the possibility of replacing up to 20 % of Portland cement with a complex additive of thermoactivated mixtures of clay and limestone without loss of strength of the obtained blended cement stone. The strength of the blended cement stone at the age of 28 days amounted to 90-95 % of strength of control cement sample.

Problem statement. The increasing volumes of world production of Portland cement and the requirements to reduce CO2 emissions at the same time led to the need to increase the volume of mineral additives to it. Nowadays the promising source of raw materials for the production of supplementary cementitious materials is ubiquitous and unlimited reserves of polymineral clays. Results. The aim of this work was to study the effectiveness of marl additives in Portland cement, thermally activated at various temperatures and ground to a different specific surface. The results of the investigations made it possible to establish the effect of additives in Portland cement of calcined and ground marl on the normal density, density, strength, water absorption and the coefficient of softening of the cement stone. It has been established that additions to Portland cement of 10-20 % calcined at certain temperatures at 400-800 0C and ground to certain specific marl surfaces up to 250-800 m2/kg lead to a higher to 20-50 % compressive strength of cement stone than similar metakaolin additives. Conclusions. The scientific and practical significance of the results of the work for building materials and building industry is to establish the effectiveness of replacing scarce mineral additives in Portland cement with additives based on a non-deficient marl.

Problem statement. The aim of this work was to study the influence of additives of fine screenings of concrete waste on the shrinkage deformation and crack resistance of mortars based on Portland cement when hardening. Results. Using standard and original methods of research studied the influence of additives of fine screenings of concrete waste: on the kinetics of heat-curing cement compositions, the nature of which is associated with the shrinkage deformations of cement stone at early stages of hardening; for cracking of the mortar shrinkage in the constrained conditions, the change of the modulus of elasticity of hardened mortar. Conclusions. The possibility of obtaining a mortar with replacement of up to 15 % of Portland cement in the binder for fine screening of concrete waste without significantly reducing the strength of the solution. It is shown that with increasing content of additives fine screenings of concrete waste in the composition of the cement compositions, a decrease in heat when hardening. It is established that the joint introduction of the additive of fine screenings of concrete waste and plasticizer provides increased fracture toughness of mortars shrinkage in cramped conditions to levels that significantly exceeds the fracture toughness of mortars without additive injection. It is shown that the introduction of a complex additive does not lead to a significant reduction in the modulus of elasticity of the mortar compared to the cement with no composition.

Рroblem Statement. The task was to identify the time norms for the installation of composite reinforcement in the manufacture of building structures such as foundations and brickwork, using the existing time standards for the installation of metal fittings, as well as using two methods of calculating time norms: the calculation and research and calculation- Analytical. Results. The paper presents analysis, comparison of time norms of composite reinforcement and metal using ENiR Collection E4. Installation of prefabricated and monolithic reinforced concrete structures. Issue 1. Experiments were carried out on the construction of brickwork with reinforcement by metal armature, composite reinforcement and geosynthetics, fixing the timing of all types of work, and time limits were set for the installation of composite reinforcement, depending on its diameter. Conclusions. The obtained data will allow to use them in calculating time limits, the duration of construction works with the use of composite materials that will give the end result more close to the actual standard time in the construction works.

Problem statement. The article provides an analysis of regulatory requirements for the development of construction projects and their impact on the quality of design documentation. Results. The analysis revealed that the management of the construction industry, in the person of ministries, departments and other bodies, should organize work on updating the database of standards, recommendations and indicators for the development of construction projects. In this regard, improving the quality of design documentation in the construction organization section is one of the primary objectives of improving the quality and reducing construction costs in the country as a whole. Conclusions. As a result of the conducted studies it was established that the existing rules and regulations for the development of project documentation for the construction organization section do not fully meet the requirements for improving the quality of design estimates at the current stage of the development of the construction industry. The development of projects for the production of works on the depth of elaboration of details and construction features for each specific construction conditions is at a higher quality level.

Problem statement. The development of the drum (capacitive) mixer began with the use of simple rotational motion, the use of different geometrical shapes of the container, the tilt of its axis to the axis of rotation, the use on the inner surfaces of the various elements, etc began to use the complex motion by means of the second drive source rotating with an irregular speed, spatial movement. It is recognized that the effectiveness of the processes in the vessel is achieved by its complex motion with irregular speed. But the implementation of such movement is difficult due to complexity of mechanical devices. The task was to develop simple designs of faucets for the modern demands of material handling in various processes. Results. Proposed new classification of seven groups of spatial faucets in the structural composition of which is only rotational joints, with the number of mobile units from three to six, including capacity, performing a complicated uneven movement from one drive source in all groups of mixers. All the mixers 36 are protected by copyright certificates on inventions. Conclusions. Created a new scientific direction in the design of spatial faucets only with rotational joints, with a wide versatility: mixing various materials, without limitation, surface treatment parts, cleaning and washing of products, milling and grinding, etc. without readjustment. All devices processed material receives additional power to the inertial effect to the main turbulent motion, thereby intensifying the treatment process of improvement in the quality of the final product.

Problem statement. The aim of the research was to improve the working process of road marking, aimed at reducing the time and financial and material costs in the performance of these works. Results. To solve these problems, it is proposed to apply the geopolitical method of marking road marking on the basis of minor modernization of the structure, with additional equipment of the existing road-marking machine KONTUR-700TP. As a result, the process of applying road marking is accelerated without reducing the quality of the work performed. At the same time, the number of working brigades is reduced and the influence of the man-machinist in the process of applying road marking is minimized. Conclusions. The construction of the existing road-scribing machine KONTUR-700P has been modernized (retrofitted). The technological features of its application are described. The comparative cost-effectiveness of the proposed technology and development is calculated. It is established that the introduction of the proposed method and modernized equipment is economically profitable (~ 24 %) compared to the applied methods of road marking.

Problem statement. To assess the effectiveness of winter maintenance with a dense snow cover of public roads of the Republic of Tatarstan with asphalt concrete, by comparing the estimated cost of maintenance with anti-ice materials (traditional method) and with a dense snow cover. Results It is established that the main cost item for winter maintenance and with the use of anti-ice materials, and with dense snow cover is the operation of machines. It is determined that the cost of works with winter content with a dense snow cover will decrease by 28 and 32 %, depending on the road group in terms of content. At the same time, the demand for materials will be reduced on 50 and 61 %, the costs for the basic salary will increase on 168 and 190 %, for the operation of the machines will decrease on 19 and 25 % (due to a reduction in the cost of using forklifts on 29 and 60 %, combined road machines for 39 and 47 %, the cost of operation of road maintenance vehicles will increase on 34 and 38 %). The cost of work on the winter content of 1 km of roads II and III of the content in the transition to technology with dense snow cover will decrease on 32 % and 28 %, respectively. Conclusions. The maintenance in winter of common roads of the Tatarstan Republic, which have asphalt pavement, with a dense snow cover, is a real opportunity to save money for road maintenance by reducing current and prospective costs, as well as experience, improving road safety and improving the environmental situation.

Problem statement. To collect, process, calculate and analyze data on the intensity and speed of traffic on the lanes of the road sections of the surveyed objects of the street-road network in Kazan, conduct in-depth measurements and determine the intensity and composition of the traffic flow along the lanes. Results. It was established that the traffic intensity in the surveyed areas of the Prospekt Pobedy and the Universiade Prospectus is unevenly distributed across the bands. On the street. Tikhomirnov and F. Amirkhan, volume of traffic on the left lanes is higher than on the right. It is determined that the actual volume of traffic exceeds the projected intensity up to 6 times, which requires consideration when choosing coating materials. The speed of movement on the extreme left lane exceeds the speed on the remaining lanes of the carriageway and in most cases the permissible traffic law is 60 km / h. The carried-out measurements of the intensity and construction of traffic stream showed that the intensity during peak hours, as well as the daily distribution, is unevenly distributed along the lanes, while the share of passenger transport is 96-99 % in the extreme left bands and 79 % lower in the remaining left bands. The volume of traffic of passenger transport at rush hour reaches 700-2000 cars per the most loaded lane. Conclusions. Construction of traffic stream, volume of traffic and speed of movement had an integral effect on the formation of defects on the carriageway of the surveyed sections of the street-road network.

Problem statement. The purpose of work was the research of influence of additives of rubber crumb on properties of stone mastic asphalt. Results. Comparative analysis of physicomechanical properties of the traditional stone mastic asphalt and stone mastic asphalt modified by rubber crumb from the utilized tires of «KMA» Koltek is carried out. Conclusions. The conducted research has shown that introduction of rubber crumb to stone mastic asphalt allows to raise ultimate strength indicators on compression at 20 and 50 °C, ultimate strength on stretching at split at 0 °C, couplings at shift, fatigue resistance and water resistance, to lower water saturation indicator. It is revealed that the optimum content of additive of rubber crumb as a part of stone mastic asphalt makes 1 %. Improvement of quality and increase in life cycles of road surfacing of the highway can achieve due to introduction at preparation stage to structure of crushed-stone and mastic road concrete mix of the modifying additive – rubber crumb.

Problem statement. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of coagulation of soot particles and the initial air temperature on the mass yield of soot, to determine the dependence of the average diameter of soot particles on residence time, and to determine the effect of the heat sink on the dependence of the mass yield of soot on the composition of the air-fuel mixture. Results. The main results of the study consist in the development of a mathematical model for soot formation in the flame of a homogeneous hydrocarbon-air mixture. On the basis of this model, the authors have obtained the role of coagulation of soot particles in the soot formation process, by analyzing the calculation with and without coagulation. Conclusions. The significance of the obtained results for the construction industry is that on the basis of numerical modeling, the effect of gasification processes of soot particles on the reactions to the change in mass yield of soot during fuel combustion is predicted and taken into account, for example, in the utilization of solid household and construction waste, since ignoring these processes leads to Significant errors, and as a result, pollution of the environment. The calculated model allows us to study, on the basis of numerical experiments, the effect of the combustion parameters on the soot formation threshold.
