| Abstract. | The estimation of the innovative progress level of municipal formation is of great importance for making successful strategy both for the development of enterprises in particular and regional economic system in whole. It allows to find out a catalyst of innovative progress and possibilities of introducing innovations in the region. Analytical review of indicator of innovative activity enables to make a conclusion that in nowadays there is no standardized system of indicators allowing to evaluate the level of innovative potential of municipal formation in the Republic of Tatarstan objectively. In active methodology there are no indicators, characterizing the results and the state of resource supplies of innovative activity and it doesn`t allow to make a complex estimation of the size of innovative potential of separate municipal formations. The indicator`s system of estimation of innovative potential offered by the author is based on real economic factors and is directed to research and analysis of important components of innovative potential of municipal formation like financial, material resources, staffing, informative and resultant components. Data of innovative potential of municipal region is the most important information resource in making management decisions. Each indicator of a system presents useful information about the characteristics of investigated object. Usage of the system of indicators raises the validity of making management decisions in innovative development. |
