At such times, especially acute question of the protection and preservation of historically significant buildings and urban structures which include the development of the eastern area of the city of Toronto. The current construction of the eastern area of the city being a historical monument, is a unique sample of a residential building of the Victorian era. Each architectural monument carries the two main values: historical and aesthetic. If the historical component is important to a narrow circle of specialists, the aesthetic – the whole society. Both components are important for the preservation of the historic appearance of the country.
