| Abstract. | From the system point of view the problems of security and stability of industrial and construction enterprises. It is shown that one of the key problems of security and business continuity is the solution to the question of training of personnel of high qualification. It is noted that for industrial and construction enterprises in modern conditions, innovation has become a decisive factor for safe and sustainable development. Also noted that the main way of enterprise management, aimed at ensuring its sustainability, supports strategic planning. In addition, company management aimed at preserving stability, includes quality management, knowledge management, project management, controlling and reengineering. The author's scheme of using a systematic approach to ensuring the sustainability and safety of industrial and construction companies. |
