| Abstract. | The effectiveness of the planning organization of water-green systems is ensured by an optimal ratio of built and open spaces, creation of large, spatially coherent inner green areas, expanding their area of optimizing the impact and enhance the environmental sustainability to anthropogenic stress, creation of a comfortable, mostly pedestrian connections between residential and landscaped areas, the use for the creation and development of water and green forests of existing systems and the limited area available for development. Water-green landscape-recreation framework of Kazan can present itself as a new type of city-building macro ensemble of greater scale, built on base of natural accents dominating in landscape. Resting in enumerated factors of the study, the fact of the shaping water-green landscape-recreation framework of the city remains can be even, inevitable facility of the improvement quality of town ambience and filling recreation deficit of the city. And there is an objective explanation: it is impossible, year mastering all greater natural space by the city, developing herewith town territory and infrastructure; begin to form up the relations with natural forming town landscape automaticity, supposing that all solve themselves. The world centuries-old experience of urban planning speaks about impossibility of this. It is important that the process of the development of the city, being on essences destructive for natural nature, would not become irreversible. |
