| Abstract. | Today in Russia a priority direction of development of low building is the complex system approach. For the state, and for the proprietor, it is much more favourable in the economic plan, rather than the dot approach to building. Tendencies in the Russian market of the organized country real estate show that from building of cottages as «second habitation» for well-founded families investors are reoriented on erection of habitation for middle class with all accompanying infrastructure. |
