Title of the article | The modern features of approach to the preparation of students-bachelors |
Abstract. | The article shows that the training of bachelors in the universities of architectural and construction profile demanded a revision of the traditional and the use of modern pedagogical technologies. Reviewed those, which have considerable educational potential. They are, first of all, cooperative learning, project training, multilevel differentiated training, adequate self-esteem. The analysis is not abstract, but on the example of the preparation of bachelors in Kazan State University of architecture and engineering, and on the materials of the educational experience of the authors of the article. The emphasis is on those social problems of the building complex, which information was obtained, as in direct communication with the builders practitioners, and in the process of monitoring surveys of alumni working in this sphere. A special role belongs to the teachers, who are demanded to be creative, know pedagogical innovations and needs of the real sector. It is important to ensure that universities are not simply engaged in the broadcast of knowledge, but rather taught the methods of dealing with them, see their profession, not only as a means of income, but as a service in the field of training modern students for future work in the construction industry. |
