| Abstract. | The part of the population of the country states desire to live in the individual house. Building cost is influenced also by features of a design and complexity of architectural decisions. The accepted scheme of financing has the major value. Allocate own and extra sources, and also the involved means. Depending on what way of financing is applied, depends both final cost of the individual house, and profitability of the project. |
