Title of the article | The experimental-industrial introduction of stone-sand mixture treated by portland cement in combination with plasticizer and water-repellent additive for the road construction |
Abstract. | In the department «Road, bridges and tunnels» of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering researches of stone-sand mixture treated by portland cement with different target additives were spent. High rates of physical and mechanical properties were obtained in the laboratory when modifying the stone-sand mixture treated by portland cement and giperplasticizer based on ether of polycarboxylates in combination with organosilicon compounds based on alkilsilikonate potassium. In order to experimental-industrial testing the results of research on the project «Repair of the road Imenkovo-Meretyaki in Laishevsk municipal district of the Tatarstan Republic» in September of 2015 the experimental plots were built, one of which pavement was made with using of stone-sand mixture treated by portland cement and modified by complex additive based on ether polycarboxylates (Odolit-K) and sodium alkilsilikonate (Tiprom-C). The analysis of physical and mechanical properties of samples of modified stone-sand mixture treated by portland cement which were taken from the pavement structure in the experimental section of the road has shown compliance with defined indicators of regulatory requirements and applications in pavement structure: M40 of brand strength, brand frost resistance is F25. The absence of abnormalities of the brand strength and frost resistance of samples taken from the coating of a given brand, was obtained early in laboratory mixtures during selecting compositions. |
