Title of the article | Breakdowns of road-building machines as a result of corrosion |
Abstract. | Hydrogenation the parts’ friction’s surface is one of the main factors, which determines road-building machinery’s wear and tear. Hydrogenous wear is discovered in the road-building machines’ and different kinds of machinery’s units of friction. At present the problem of hydrogen wear and tear is very significant because it is important to increase of machines’ reliability and longevity. Nowadays such problem becomes relevant because of growth of thermal and mechanical load on the units of friction. In the article there are general regularities of machines’ parts’ hydrogen wear; there are also the main methods of hydrogenation of the road-building machines’ surfaces of parts. The article gives a detailed analysis of hydrogen wear’s mechanism. Depreciated surface of machines’ parts is summation of different kinds of destructions, physical-chemical modifications of metal surface, which happen under the influence of outside factors. Hydrogen is the accelerator of machines’ parts’ wear and tear. We can view such influence in the process of different units’ of friction work and also during the contact with water, humidity changings and the temperature of parts. The formulated methods of protection against tribohydrogenation we learned by study of machines’ parts’ hydrogen wear and tear’s regularities. |
