Title of the article | Determination of loads on the vehicle on the dynamic impact loads during emergency braking |
Abstract. | In this paper, the case of impact loads from not fastened cargo on the front side of the vehicle in case of emergency braking operation and mounting. For this purpose, was drawn up a mathematical model of motion two-mass system. The friction load on the vehicle body is not taken into account. On the basis of differential equations of motion were derived a formula for determining the dynamic factor, which allows to reduce the dynamic problem to a static. It is shown that in the special case when the applied load instantly, the coefficient of dynamic, as defined in Article coincides with the value specified on the basis of traditional energy method. An algorithm for determining the loads on the front side of the body in the determination of the stress strain state of the construction side of the finite element method. Recommendations are given for cases with one-point and multipoint touch cargo and the board. We consider the practical problem: transportation turbodrills by semi-trailer on the basis of KAMAZ. The values of dynamic coefficients by different methods are obtained. As a result of the comparison conclusions are made. Recommendations are given that allow to clarify the results of the analysis considered case. |
