| Abstract. | The Republic of Tatarstan attracts an increasing number of tourists thanks to the unique tourist recreationally potential and actively developing infrastructure of hospitality. The hotel fund of Kazan for the last five year has grown twice. With increasing demand for hotel real estate the need for more exact determination of cost of business and cost of real estate increases. For allocation of a project cost of real estate from the cost of hotel business Stephen Rashmor's method based on application of branch animators is even more often used. On the basis of this method the cost of business of the hotels of Kazan offered for sale is analysed. A number of the indicators forming real estate cost is considered. Rashmor's method considering branch animators has great practical value and increases quality of an assessment of real estate with a business potential that is actual for this segment of Russian market. |
