| Title of the article | Conditions for receiving reliable estimate of functional qualities monolithic structures on building |
| Abstract. | The need of increase functional qualities causes tightening of requirements to reliability their estimation. On the example of activity technical supervision to control of monolithic structures deviations, and also on the base of analysis executive documentation, geodetic measurements and an expert estimates the conditions allowing to receive an objective estimation of deflections of structures are defined. The methodical component of these conditions consists in a combination at an estimation of three control methods: measuring, expert and registration. The organizational component consists in performance at an expert estimation the special procedure on identification «service interest» experts. The offered scheme of activity technical supervision on the control methods combination base allows not only to increase reliability of estimate functional qualities of monolithic buildings, but also to provide creation of base conditions for the organization of works on their improve on the basis of search organizational and technological decisions. |
