Title of the article | The methodology of determining the elastic characteristics of a hybrid composite material and estimation of its accuracy |
Abstract. | A method is proposed to calculate the effective characteristics of rigidity of a hybrid composite material (HCM) with two types of reinforcing fibers, based on the finite-element analysis of stressed-deformed state of the representative element of the HCM on the package ANSYS. Covers HCM on the basis of magnesium matrix, the reinforced carbon and boric reinforcing fibers. Several model problems are solved. When given the structure of the GCM calculated effective characteristics of its stiffness. On the example of reference objectives of the analysis of the accuracy of the developed method and it is shown that this method allows to obtain results with a permissible for practical calculations of the relative error not exceeding 1*10-5. Found the optimal number of grid nodes, where the expected error of prediction coefficients does not exceed the HCM stiffness sufficient for engineering calculations of value. |
