Abstract. | Problem statement. The aim of the study is to identify the effectiveness and expediency of renovation of space-planning and architectural constructive solutions in the reconstruction of low-rise buildings with a high degree of physical and moral wear of building structures of the wall frame. Results. The main results of the study are that as a result of renovation, a low-rise residential building with a dilapidated wall skeleton of brick masonry and unsystematic space-planning structure is formed into an updated object that has a strong, stable and durable frame-wall skeleton. Conclusions. The significance of the results for architectural and construction space-planning solutions as a result of renovation is: preservation of the historical and architectural image of the building; improving the comfort of operation; providing a free and flexible space-planning structure; significant improvement of technical and economic indicators; reducing energy consumption and extending the «life» of the object that will meet regulatory requirements. |
