| Abstract. | Problem statement. The aim of the article is to study the methodology of automated continuous monitoring of buildings during operation using BIM-technologies. Development of an action plan in emergencies arising during the operation, overhaul and reconstruction of buildings. Results. The main results of the study are to determine the benefits of using a continuous building monitoring system in BIM technologies. An algorithm for making decisions in the event of critical deformations of structures provoking emergencies during the operation of the building, overhaul and reconstruction has been developed. Conclusions. The significance of the results obtained for the construction industry is in reducing the time frame and simplifying the procedure for conducting construction control during the operation of buildings; in accelerating decision-making on structural elements of facilities in identifying critical deviations from design indicators; in the possibility of continuous monitoring during the operation of the facility. |
