| Abstract. | Problem statement. The purpose of this article is to identify the main urban planning, architectural planning, design and information and design techniques for designing public restrooms in the historical environment of the city. The use of these techniques in the design of autonomous public restrooms will make the urban environment more qualitative. Results. His main result of the study was the model of an autonomous restroom, which was designed in the ensemble of the existing historical building of the street, taking into account the identified techniques. Conclusions. The significance of the knowledge gained for architectural practice is that the proposed integrated approach to the design of public restrooms (OU) will significantly increase the level of external improvement of the city. Given the techniques of all levels of design, the OS will be comfortable for the visitor and will not disturb the historical appearance of the city streets. |
