Title of the articleNumerical investigations of sediment high-rise building
Abstract.Implementation of numerical studies of sediment carried out in relation to the foundation of one of the tall buildings of a residential complex in Moscow. The calculations were performed using the software package LIRA-SAPR 2014. Spatial model of a skeleton represented by a single system «building – base – ground» in which malleable properties of the soil were taken into account by applying the bed, calculated methods of Pasternak, and Winkler modified method Pasternak calculation model with the inclusion of soil under triaxial loading regime, reflecting the peculiarities of soil deformation during the phased construction of the building. The results were compared with monitoring data and showed good agreement with the actual deformation of the base and foundation of the test building. The deviation of the mean sediment using a modified method of Pasternak was not more than 1 %. An analysis of the calculation results showed the need to incorporate in the calculation of sediment bases and foundations of high-rise buildings the stiffness of their above-ground structures, as well as the effect of walling deep pit.
