| Title of the article | To the question about the technology of organization of students’ independent work |
| Abstract. | The article is devoted to analysis of current, but at the same time, little developed in pedagogical science problem the technology of organization of independent work of students. It is shown that this aspect of educational activity needs to be improved in modern conditions of modernization of higher education, because, as with the need for greater «coordination» teaching with practice, and with the objective of urgent need of improving the quality of education. Moreover, the Bologna model is based on the principle of personal responsibility of each student for the quality of their education, which in turn necessitated restructuring traditionally established relationships between teacher and student. Based on the application of factor analysis are presented in the article and line up, depending on their weight, the reasons for lack of effectiveness of independent work of students. The authors divide them into subjective and objective, internal and external, as well as unique, special and general. The author proves the necessity of the formation of students' attitudes to independent work based on pre-established (with scales Likert, Turnstone, Guttmann) maps the degree of preparedness and the ability of the subject of education to work independently. On the basis of the assessment of the degree of involvement of the students in the process of independent work are encouraged to develop educational strategies using innovative technologies. The role and importance of pedagogical skills of the teacher in modern conditions, in the organization of students’ independent work as well as factors associated with the educational space of higher education institutions are shown. |
