Abstract.In-house training of workers building trades work safety is a complex, multi-component processes are interconnected with manufacturing, educational and scientific organizations unified sectoral focus. The author proposed and justified following principles of adaptive resources: the principle of fundamental nature of knowledge, knowledge capitalization; autonomy and personalization. It is established that the integrity of the system of knowledge on safety is characterized by: the primary, integrity, emergence, nonadditivity, complexity and continuity. The principle of capitalization of knowledge is due to the development of national qualifications frameworks and systems (NRC), the main purpose of which is to provide access to education and training / development of qualifications for all categories of citizens, regardless of previously received formal education in view of their knowledge, skills and competences. Capitalization of knowledge on safety – is imperative not only to the quality of in-house training of building trades workers on safety, but also the formation of human capital. Autonomy is demonstrated by intra-structures, the introduction of new financial and economic mechanisms of intra safety management, the establishment of corporate training centers for occupational safety. Personalization is due, as the current level of socio-economic development, stable dynamics in the EU participation of adults in lifelong education and the positioning in the pedagogy of vocational education paradigm of subjectivity.
