| Abstract. | Relevance of the topic of the study is the need to move the economy of the Russian Federation on the innovative path of development. Since the task set covers many aspects of our lives, to assess the success of its implementation requires custom integrated indicator. Today, the role of such a measure is increasingly claiming such a thing as a «technological system», which was introduced to science Russian economists D.S. Lvov and S.Y. Glaz'ev. The article describes the history of the emergence and establishment of long-wave theory, analyzed the new economic category «technological way». The structure of the technological order, its stages is reviewed. 5 lists the industrial and post-industrial technological cycle 1 are analyzed. The necessity of the transition to the sixth technological structure and provide recommendations on the transition. |
