| Abstract. | In Russia nowadays the issues of stimulating economic growth, ensuring the necessary level of funding of strategic projects and modernization and technological development of economy of the country are of current interest. Thanks to the expansion of participation in innovative programs, the revitalization of investors it is possible to solve these problems. This will create the necessary climate to support the innovative areas of the Russian economy. All over the world, and now in the domestic practice at the stage of innovation to reduce the risks of investing venture capital funding received wide application. The problem of attracting investment in innovative activities in most countries is solved by the use of the system of specialized organizations – venture capital funds. Today we can say that venture capital investments, finally are becoming common and obvious step in the development of any innovative company. |
