Abstract.The purpose of work was the study of technological, structural and operational properties of high-strength fine-grained concrete and establishing the possibility of their application in the construction of monolithic airfield pavements. We studied the influence of the developed binary filler consisting of microsilica and calcareous flour, density, mobility and the volume of entrained air plasticized fine-grained concrete mixtures, it is the effect of module size sandy placeholder on water absorption fine-grained concrete, the estimation of the strength properties of fine-grained concretes with different consumption of cement and given technological properties which are necessary for the application of the received material erection of monolithic airfields. It is revealed that for obtaining fine-grained concrete with valid for use in coatings aerodromes volume of entrained air, you must use the Sands of the module size more than 2,2. It is established that the addition of fillers does not affect the volume of entrained air-grained concrete mixes, when used as a placeholder sand only, necessary for ensuring the frost resistance of the volume of entrained air is achieved without the use of air entraining admixtures, unlike the coarse-grained concrete. Due to the low water-cement relations in fine-grained concretes, you can quickly set of durability in the early stages of setting up to 70 % of nominal strength within three days of normal moisture curing. It is established that the tensile strength at bending in the project the age of 1,5-2,5 times higher than those of concrete on a large filler.
