| Title of the article | Investment development of construction in the region based on project financing |
| Abstract. | In modern conditions, economic activity in the investment and the construction sector of the region is perceived by all experts as a key condition for the advance of the socio-economic development and welfare of the population. In this regard, the creation of conditions for the investment industry's susceptibility is one of the most important problems of regional government. It is necessary to ensure that the interests of all stakeholders – government, business and society. In fact, today there is no concept of acceptable regulation of prices for construction products, equally important to consider the reality of the market mode of production and distribution and sane state function of regulating economic activity. Moreover, the budget should be considered only as a tool for co-investment in a variety of public-private partnership. This will attract additional funds in sectors that could provide attractive to financial institutions. The problems addressed in this article, in the context of a balanced scorecard in project financing, are relevant to community development, which is entirely dependent on an effective system of integrated software. |
