Title of the articleGeotechnical monitoring of the housing estate on Shulgin street in Kazan
Abstract.The authors of article have developed the project of the geotechnical supervisory control of a housing estate on Shulgin street in Kazan. The developed project of the geotechnical supervisory control uses following two methods: 1. Geodetic measurements are carried out by means of geometrical and a trigonometrical levelling for definition of depths of immersion and skews of separate structural components and buildings as a whole. The given measurements are focused basically for monitoring of a condition of buildings of surrounding site development and a non-load-bearing wall of a foundation ditch. Geodetic supervision over deformations of designs as a whole should be made in the following sequence: - installation of basic geodetic signs; - installation of deformation marks on buildings; - tool shed measurements; - processing and the analysis of results of supervision. 2. The automated measurements are carried out by reception of the information on a technical condition of building designs, the bases and foundations under indications of electronic detecting devices. They are intended for monitoring of a technical condition of a projected housing estate. At the stage of erection of an underground part of a building the project provides the supervisory control of a deflexion of a non-load-bearing design of a foundation ditch by installation of detecting devices of a skew, pressure in elements the keeping systems are supervised by resistance tensiometers. Contact pressure under a sole foundation is fixed by means of pressure sensors. Deposits of buildings are measured with the help systems of measurement of depth of immersion (extensometers). For measurement of deformations in a principal reinforcement of columns, slabs of floorings, foundation fiber-optical detecting devices of deformations are established.
