Title of the articleSome results of numerical studies of steel-concrete composite slabs
Abstract.The article describes the designs of steel-concrete composite slabs used in new and renovated buildings civilians. Three variants of steel-concrete composite structures overlap: a plate with ribs of rolled I-beam, plate with edges of cold-formed sections and plate with light concrete liners. Given the increased use of structural lightweight concrete and the availability of raw materials base and construction enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan for its production, as the material of slab adopted claydite class B7.5. For numerical studies used software package Ansys. The calculations for all three kinds of slabs made on various loading: 0 to 2250 kg/m2. Voltage obtained in the slab and steel ribs, beams and deflections. Built comparative graphs stresses and deflections for three kinds of overlap. The results are given qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the variants. To compare the cost of construction of composite steel and concrete slabs of options drawn up estimates for all of these types of structures. On the basis of the cost of materials, installation and associated works composed the estimated cost of construction fragment overlaps for all variants. Comparative analysis showed that overlap with light concrete liners in comparison to first and second embodiments, less at 29,6 % and 13 %, respectively. To evaluate the fire resistance of the options under consideration overlaps the numerical study and found that the first two types of floors have the same performance level of fire resistance and fire resistance is the best indicator of a steel-concrete composite slab with light concrete liners.
