| Abstract. | Complex innovative projects, especially in investment-construction complex, have a significant impact on the environment, changing and shaping it. These projects require special attention to management organization and in a large extent influenced by external economic, political and social factors. In the article as an effective management of similar projects a corporate project management system is considered. Implementation of this system ensures effective work of project organizations. |
