| Abstract. | Theoretical and applied aspects of evaluation of economical effectiveness of investment projects under uncertainty and risk are observed. Russian and foreign methods of evaluation of economical effectiveness of investments are showed. Reasonability of modeling of the process of changing of demand for products and services produced in realized project is based. Author offers the use of systems modeling instruments in general and Markov’s chains in particular for evaluation of the most likely amount of demand on different stages or project realization. |
