| Abstract. | In the knowledge economy human capital is becoming a major source of competitive advantage, as businesses in particular and the region as a whole. The article deals with the feasibility of the sources of economic growth in the Republic of Tatarstan-based project management systems, namely, human capital management at the enterprises of the region. Implementation of sources of economic growth, of course, requires an extremely efficient operation of enterprises achieved an improvement of project management system. As one of the main functions of the project management system is considered human capital management, which is the main link resources of the region's economy, a modernizer of ideas, a source of competitiveness. Economic growth depends on the availability of highly qualified personnel in a society capable of productive work and ready to take the lead and risks. Rational management of human capital in the framework of the project management system will improve the productivity of labor, the degree of implementation of the technology of production of fixed capital and other resources. Experience and methodology of such an approach to economic growth through the prism of human capital management is undoubtedly useful for the staff of enterprises in various sectors of the economy in the region, including the construction sector. |
