Title of the articleEffect of activation mixing water and sodium sulphate on the properties of cement mortar
Abstract. This article presents the results of a comparative evaluation of the influence of electromagnetic activation and electrochemical activation of water on the properties of cement paste and cement-sand mortar. These results indicate high effectiveness of the compositions, with water and electrochemical electromagnetically activated with a high pH. It is established that the introduction of additives sodium sulfate and activated by alkaline water significantly reduced setting time, especially with alkaline water. Also, the results of study of the effect of mixing water as activated without additives and with the additive in SN flexural and compressive cement-sand mortar at 7 and 28 days. Found that preactivation of mixing water can improve the strength of cement compositions, particularly in the samples produced by electrochemically activated water. Kinetics of heat contraction of the cement paste and indicates more rapid hydration of portland cement and mixing activated alkaline water, in addition, the additive 1,5 % sodium sulfate exerts the best effect on the properties of the cement paste and a solution prepared by electrochemically activated water.
Keywords.Activation, mixing water, additives, sodium sulphate.
