| Abstract. | The article presents the analysis of regulatory framework governing the design and calculation of internal water supply systems, as well as accounting and payment of energy in residential buildings. The need to develop new solutions, excluding disruptions in water supply to consumers below the norm, and violations of the hydraulic regime of water supply system are justified. New approach to design and analysis of domestic water supply systems of residential apartment buildings is considered. It is shown that the preservation of the design parameters of internal water supply systems in operation is achieved by ensuring the validity of the maximum nodal discharges design values and limit the maximum cost to consumers. |
