| Abstract. | The article describes the methodological aspects of management of sustainable economic development, including analysis of the conceptual apparatus of the subject area, of scientific approaches and principles. The results of analysis of documents of the Council for Ecological Building in Russia (RuGBC), State Corporation «Olimpstroy», Noncommercial enterprise «Center for Environmental Certification – «Green Standards» for the problems of transition to the basics of «green building», in practice of sustainable development of territories, were presented. The authors come to the conclusion of the necessity for projects drafting of waste management of modern buildings and structures exploitation in order to take confirmed (engineering) solutions at all levels of management processes of design, construction and operation. The expediency of design of engineering systems for waste management and considering all parameters, depending on the composition, the type and quantity of waste, method of operation, the cultural level of the consumers was specified. |
