| Abstract. | Results of experimental researches of operational properties of materials of soft environments of building purpose are presented. For the first time the mechanism of ageing and destruction of the given class of composite materials is revealed. On the basis of results experimental researches are resulted recommendations on optimum installation and operation of soft environments with the purpose of increase of their durability. |
