| Abstract. | In this paper the analysis of interaction of laterally loaded foundations with the base soil is performed. The main approaches regarding choice of initial parameters and the results of numerical modeling of interaction of laterally loaded foundations in tamped pits with surrounding soil by using of PLAXIS program are presented. The designing scheme and method of computation of laterally loaded foundations in tamped pits by using of CPT is suggested. |
