| Abstract. | The problem of spatial conditions of dwelling in «sleeping areas» is the absence of differentiation on their social-psychological importance. From the point of view of psychology of the environment, in residential area we can allocate of the shared zones and public zones. Possessing significant territorial resources the intra-district public spaces are begun to reclaim actively. As a whole such spaces of development we title as zones of social activity. By purposeful development and formation of zones of social activity it is possible to create the comfortable dwelling conditions for the townspeople. |
