| Abstract. | On the basis of long-term research the authors offer the term of “economic potential» of the building enterprise as a major scientific concept. The question of whether the market mechanism is capable to create conditions for the economic growth of the investments-building complex, for full usage of all available industrial, financial and manpower at the satisfied level of basic needs of a consumer is considered. |
