| Title of the article | Innovative aspect of investment-building cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan |
| Abstract. | Relevance of the article is that the increase of innovative potential of the enterprises of investment-building cluster can become one of the basic conditions of formation of its competitive strategic prospect. The author has defined the quantity indicators characterizing innovative potential of the enterprises of an investment-building complex of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to the object in view the author has solved the following problems: • theoretical preconditions creations branch cluster are considered; • the indicators characterizing innovative potential of an investment-building complex are revealed; • the author spends an estimation of innovative potential of investment-building cluster, based on calculation of a total regional product depending on indicators of innovative activity of the enterprises of a building complex; • the structure of investment-building cluster in the Republic of Tatarstan and a way of activization of innovative activity are defined. The analysis has shown that creation of effectively operating cluster raises innovative potential of the country, and also the general indicators of economic activities. |
