| Title of the article | The research of existing duration determining methods in the industrial projects |
| Abstract. | Duration of construction building is one of the basic indicators at all stages of economic, design, planned and organizational preparation and building realization/ Article examines the discrepancy between actual terms of construction and normative data. By the example of petroleum-refining buildings this article identifies the reasons for backlog from directive terms. Principal cause of change of building terms is the wrong choice of administrative decisions. For more exact result it is necessary to spend alternative study with use of various duration definition methods. Design comparison and actual building duration suggests standard building terms definition by a traditional method yields exact results at «General Contractor» way. At building performance by other ways using a settlement method of duration authentic results definition are possible in two variants: 1) the Establishment of a rough termination date of building with instructions of a firm project cost in the turnkey contract 2) An establishment of a firm termination date of object building. with an establishment of an estimated cost of object and payment of the executed works on actual expenses. It is obvious that considerable transformations to a control system of the building manufacture, providing effective interaction of all links of a building complex are necessary, since preparation of manufacture and finishing delivery of objects in operation. |
