| Abstract. | The Article describes the key aspects which are necessary for the account in the design of the sports facilities, including protection against terrorist aggressions, and the control and circulation of human streams. Necessity to consider a full spectrum of actions which affirms: physical, structural, constructive and active strategy of safety. Management of access, the strict control and vigilance before and during actions, are the best approach to prevent the incidents occurrence. |
