| Abstract. | The article considers the problem of interconnection between spatial planning on the territory of RF and other types of planning, also targeted on the territory development. Using the examples of the elaboration of Kazan, Cheboksary and Kaliningrad general plans imperfection of present methods of urban planning, which isn’t coordinated with strategies of social and economic development of these cities, is shown and reasons and consequences of the absence of this connection are analyzed. The new, integrated model of preparation of planning top-level documentation, closely connected with strategic social and economic planning of the territory development, is considered. |
