| Abstract. | The aim of the article is to consider canonical paradise garden as an ideal architectural image of Islamic garden and its reflection in the history of architecture. Ideal architecture of canonical garden became a model in Islamic garden erection of regular lay-out in Near and Middle East, Asia, and Northern Africa countries. Based on investigation of iconographical and historical sources, the traditional elements, which form the structure of lay-out and space of classical Islamic garden, are revealed; the original theoretical lay-out and spatial models of the ideal paradise and eastern classical Islamic garden are made. |
