| Title of the article | Formation of the competences of future teachers through training practices |
| Abstract. | Increase of requirements to professional competences of teachers of the vocational training which is carrying out training of specialists in the sphere of construction, is caused by development of new technologies and economic conditions in a construction complex. It is shown that considerable influence on formation of professional competences of students – future teachers of vocational training in the sphere of construction renders passing of different types of practices and application in educational process of pedagogical technologies of active training. The analysis of the competencies that form at students after passing educational, technological and pedagogical practices is carried out. Various forms of a design method of training of teachers of vocational training are considered: research, creative and game projects. As an example the list of the professional competences which are forming at students after passing of training in Educational advice center technology «Knauf» at Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering is considered. The analysis of the competences which are forming at students, passing the practice is carried out. Various forms of a design method of training of teachers of vocational training are considered, criteria of success of work on projects are revealed. Employments of graduates of university in «Vocational training» are analyzed On the basis of results of poll among the employers representing an education system, the analysis of criteria of an assessment of formation of competences at students in the course of training is carried out. |
