Title of the article | Legislative and administrative regulating of the villages in Kazan Volga region in the 19-th century |
Abstract. | The paper aims to study the insufficiently explored processes of replanning of the country settlements in Russian empire of a New Time. The topic of regular planning is well studied in the connection with reshaping of the empire cities. Regularity as and ideal way of organization of Russian settlements and an embodiment of an absolutist state was inculcating by the efforts of the government. The idea of regularity turned into the most bright architectural and town planning expression of the imperial concept of the state greatness. It's realization began in the reign of Peter I by creating of a new capital. Then it was continued by general replanning of Russian historical cities on the principles of regularity in the time of Catherine the Great. The process was completed in the XIX-th century, when the norms of regularity were spread on the country. The work focuses on the researching of the Russian building legislation, relating the reshaping of the empire villages, as well as it's efficiency in Kazan Volga region. |
