Abstract. | The article analyzes the existing centrifugal spreader devices and reflectors. Based on the analysis, the authors offer a theoretical basis for cross-sectional shape and size of the calibration slot mounted above the spreading discs. We also obtain formulas that determine the shape and the design parameters of the reflector. The reflector has the shape of a parabola, which is placed on the focus of spreading disc. An example of calculating the parameters of the spreading device for a particular design of the machine, as well as a general view of the attachment spinner is given. |
