Title of the article | The usage of morphological methods in the management of project organizations |
Abstract. | This article describes the way of usage scientific approach, called by morphological box, which helps to manage project organization. Below described method helps to make a systematic review of all combinations of project operations, which are involved in project documentation drafting and ways of optimal execution of business processes. This morphological method can be used as at the reengineering stage, as at redesign work. This method consists of the following stages of the practice: formulation of the problem to be solved; identification and evaluation of all the parameters that might enter into the decision given problem; construction of the morphological box or multidimensional matrix containing all decisions given problem; analysis and evaluation of the decisions contained in the morphological box, in terms of the objectives to be achieved; selecting and implementing the best solutions (subject to the availability of funds). The usage of this method was tested on the basis of the design institute Ltd. «Project Institute «Ruspromproekt». Was analyzed the design process of hot and cold water supply of one of the planned housing units in the Moscow suburbs. |
