Abstract. | In this paper, we propose a project to remove the marking machine with hydrodynamic working body of cavitation type. The analysis of existing well-known manufacturers of machines are widely used in the road sector of the Russian Federation. Revealed their advantages and disadvantages. Based on the analysis proposed improving the process of removing road markings, using the property of water cavitation in the working body of the machine. Calculated the relative cost-effectiveness of the proposed development. Calculations showed that the operation, maintenance and content of the proposed demarkirovschika profitable on all counts, and the cost of work on the types of layouts marking lines 1.1 and 1.5 is almost twice cheaper than analogue selected for comparison. Recommendations for the implementation of the developed machine to remove the markings are made. Application of hydrodynamic marking machine solves the whole problem with the quality of work performed. Introduction. The prototype of the working body in LTD «Dorkomtehnika», which is currently undergoing field tests. Preliminary reviews are positive. |
