| Title of the article | Influence the reform of housing and communal services for tariffs in the region |
| Abstract. | Problem of implementing pricing policies, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, from the analysis of the socio-economic situation, as well as projections of the accepted social and economic development of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, and evaluation of factors that influence the level is now one of relevant topics in today's economy. Actuality Article no doubt, as the issues of reforming the industry of housing and communal services, as well as evaluation methods and tariff regulation today reflected in the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 07.05.2012 № 600 «On measures to ensure the citizens of the Russian Federation of affordable and comfortable housing and quality housing and communal services». The article is devoted to the definition of system activities to accomplish the goals of the tariff regulation of utilities in terms of the reform. The authors of serious work on the analysis of the effects of the reform of housing and communal services, identified positive and negative impact of the reform on the level of utility rates. |
