Abstract. | The necessity of interaction between the university and the construction company for the preparation of highly qualified specialists is shown. The grounds and conditions of training for the construction industry are highlighted. The requirements for the content of training on the part of the construction industry: the adaptability of graduates and their professional mobility. Practical training under intercompany training is highlighted. The following principles in-house training are highlighted: the principle of motivation, the principle of forming an active position in relation to the principle of building production and maximize the adequacy of educational activity of students in the school of the future nature of their professional and practical work for a construction company. The structure of in-house training, which includes the target, substantial and procedural, control and evaluation component is offered. Disclosed their nature in terms of the construction company and the social partnership of the university and industry. Learning content must reflect the scientific basis of the construction and occupation of the builder, stable relationship of practical training to the construction industry, accumulated practical experience in construction work, the positive experience of practical training. In addition, the content-process component should be linked to the implementation of the federal state educational standards, professional standards, the development of new curricula, with a change in the structure and length of practices. Implementation of recommendations on the organization of in-house training is demonstrated by the construction Institute KGASU based on municipal unitary enterprise «Service Technical Supervision». It is shown that the activities of students at training in terms of a unitary enterprise associated with different types of work, from the analysis of work performed on the respective lists of executive documentation to self-determination of compliance or noncompliance with accepted works projects, standards, tolerances. |
